Scenario: Desktop time: 3pm Central [15:00]. Server time: 21:00 GMT [6 hour difference] Initial graph loads - seems to take the definition of 'now' from the Desktop, for example 3pm. The it converts that to 24hr time [15:00], and the graph displays up to what the server had at 15:00 GMT [server time]. This data is 6 hours old.
